AFTER THE HOLIDAYS
Once the holidays are over, it’s nice to get re-centered in mind and body. A restorative cleanse, focusing on relaxation, and healthy eating are nice ways to get centered.
The cleanse could be as short as one week or longer if wanted. Please email me for a list of food recommendations. This is not a fast or a restriction in calories, it’s too cold for that. It’s a plan to follow to let go of some of the eating patterns people fall into during the holidays.
An important part will be the relaxation piece. It could be getting a massage (and not talking during it), a breathing or stretching technique, where your mind is focusing, and, of course, a mediation method. The point is to calm and center your thoughts while nourishing your body.
